Welcome to Bloomify

These terms govern your use of Bloomify (bloomify.chat), an AI-powered tool that creates personalized social stories for children ages 2–6. By using Bloomify, you agree to these terms.

Who Can Use Bloomify

Bloomify is designed for parents and caregivers of children ages 2–6. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the service, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you provide.

Your Account

You’re responsible for keeping your account secure. Don’t share your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

How the Service Works

You provide information about your child and a challenge they face through a guided conversation. Our AI generates a personalized social story with original illustrations. You can view, share, export, and optionally order a printed copy of your story.

Content You Provide

You retain ownership of any photos you upload and information you share. By uploading content, you grant Bloomify a license to use it solely for providing the service to you — generating your stories and illustrations. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

AI-Generated Stories

Stories and illustrations are created by AI and are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may:

• Read stories with your child
• Share stories with family and caregivers
• Print stories for personal use
• Order printed copies through our service

You may not:

• Resell AI-generated stories or illustrations
• Use generated content for commercial purposes
• Claim AI-generated illustrations as your own original artwork

Important Limitations

Bloomify is a psychoeducational tool, not a substitute for professional advice. Our social stories are designed to support children’s emotional development, but they do not replace therapy, medical advice, or professional consultation. If your child is experiencing significant emotional or behavioral difficulties, please consult a qualified professional.

AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or unexpected results. We encourage parents to review all stories before sharing them with children.

Print Orders

Printed copies are fulfilled by our print partner, Cloudprinter. Delivery times and availability vary by location. Payments are processed securely through Polar. Refund and cancellation policies for print orders are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if there’s an issue with your order.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Bloomify available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or improvements.

Termination

You can stop using Bloomify at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

Limitation of Liability

Bloomify is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bloomify after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. We’ll notify you of significant changes.
